Installing and Connecting
Your Modem
Before you start, make sure that:

You have all the items you need:
· Modem package
· Coaxial cable (coax)
· Splitter (optional)
· Wall-mount hardware (optional)
•
Cable and power outlets are available near the computer.
If a cable outlet is not conveniently located, Hargray can
install a new one.
If you have ordered service, your modem will arrive pre-configured.
