Connect cart handles on 1700 and 1900 as follow:
1. Position handle on frame as shown and align
bolt holes in handle with bolt holes in frame.
2. Run bolts through holes with heads pointing
toward each other, and hand tighten wingnuts.
NOTE: For space-saving configuration, loosen,
(but do not remove) wingnuts.
Fold handle forward over sprayer shroud.
