B. Installation conditions
Do not install the unit near a flammable gas source, since a gas leak may occur and cause an explosion.
WARNING
SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS
:
It is obligatory for users contact a specialized company that has experience installing and repairing
heat pumps. Users
should not install or repair the heat pump themselves nor should another person do it.
The operating environment of the unit usually varies between 10 ºC and 35 ºC.
4. DESCRIPTION OF THE HEAT PUMP
A. Technical characteristics
- The calculation of power has been done with an outdoor air temperature of 14
ºC, a
water temperature of 24 ºC and 70% humidity.
- Operational temperature limits:
Outdoor minimum air temperature: 5°C
Maximum temperature of pool water: 36°C
- Maximum inlet water pressure 3,5 bar.

In order to obtain an optimal operation of the heat pump, certain norms must be respected:
A. Use of free chlorine: ≤3 ppm
B. Bromine total: max 6,6mg/l
C. PH: between 6,8 et 8
D. Salt: 4-6 gr/l
When washing the filter of the filtering pump for swimmingpools, the heat pump must be disconnected.
