Starting the engine if there is a
malfunction
It may not be possible to s tart t he engine un-
der certain circumstances , for example if the
battery in the vehicle key is drained, if inter-
ference has affected the key or if there is a
system malfunction .

Electromechanical
parking brake
Operation
The electromechanical parking brake replaces
the hand brake.

pedal and press the switch

chanical parking brake . The parking brake is
designed to prevent the veh icle from rolling
unintentionally and replaces the hand brake .

- The integral starting ass ist helps you when
driving by automat ically releasi ng the park-
ing brake
