4.2 Voice notications
If the robot is malfunctioning, red ashes or stays on continuously and a voice notication
sounds. Follow the instructions given in the voice notication to resolve the fault.
If the above method does not resolve the problem, try the following:
1. Press the reset button with a needle.
2. Restart the robot.
3. If the problem cannot be resolved, contact our customer service department.
5. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
ATTENTION!
Always turn off and unplug the robot before cleaning to avoid malfunctions and electric
shock.
Regular maintenance and effective cleaning are recommended.
Do not use abrasive or harsh cleaning agents, or solvents such as thinners, solvents,
acetone, etc. to clean the robot. Use only clean water.
If the water tank/dust collector and/or lter are full of dust or dirty, suction may be
weakened.
Clean the water tank/dust collector with water and allow it to dry completely before using it
again.
If the shape of the lter is distorted or does not match the lter cover, replace it.
If you have washed the lter with water, dry it for at least 24 hours in a well-ventilated area
in the shade. It may give off a strange odor if the water has not been completely removed.
After cleaning the water tank/dust collector, empty the remaining water and open the
rubber stopper to remove the water.
5.1 Changing the dust bag
If the indicator light on the dust collection/charging station is continuously red, it means that
the dust bag is full. The dust bag should then be replaced. It is recommended to change the
dust bag every 4 weeks.
1. Open the cover of the dust collection station.
2. Remove the full dust bag.
3. Throw away the full dust bag.
4. Place a new dust bag in the dust collection station and close the lid.
5. The dust collection station is again ready for use.
