4. TROUBLESHOOTING
4.1 General faults
If the following problems occur during operation of the robot, refer to the table below to nd a
solution. If the problems cannot be solved using these options, contact our customer service.
Problem Cause
Solution
The robot cannot connect to the app. An incorrect username and password
were entered for the WiFi network.
Congure your network and make sure
the username and password entered
are correct.
The robot is not within range of the
network signal. The robot cannot
receive the wireless network signal.
Make sure the robot is within range of
the network signal. Make sure the robot
is within range of the wireless network.
The robot is not congured.
Set up the robot via the “Tuya” or
“Smart Life” app.
The robot does not connect to a 2.4GHz
network.
This product cannot connect to a 5GHz
or 5G network. Connect to a 2.4GHz
network.
The Internet is not working.
Check that the router used to register
the robot access is connected to the
Internet.
The router has been modied.
After registering the robot, check if the
router has changed and re-register the
robot if necessary.
