The robot is not charging. The adapter used is not the model
provided.
Use the original adapter provided.
The robot makes poor contact with the
charging terminals when placed on
the charging station.
Check that the charging station is
properly plugged in. Check if the
charging station and the robot are dirty
and need to be cleaned following the
cleaning instructions.
The charging station is not connected
to the power outlet.
Make sure that the charging station
and the power supply are properly
connected.
The battery becomes overcharged
after not being used for a long time.
If the battery has not been used for a
long time and cannot be recharged,
contact our customer service
department.
The charging cradle is not placed
correctly.
Place the charging station correctly
according to the instructions.
The charging station is switched off or
moved manually.
Check that the charging station is
connected to the power supply. Check
that the power supply is connected
to the wall outlet. Do not move the
charging station.
The robot is stuck by objects on the
ground, such as wires, fringes of the
carpet, toys, etc. The door of the room
where the charging station is placed is
closed, making it impossible to return
to the charging station.
Remove objects on the ground
following the instructions at 3.2. This will
prevent the robot from getting stuck
and allow the robot to move smoothly
through the cleaning route.
The robot is switched off.
Turn on the robot.
There are objects around the charging
station.
Remove all objects around the
charging station.
The charging station’s power indicator
is not lit. The charging station power
light is off.
Check that the charging station is
correctly connected to the power
outlet.
There is dirt on the charging socket of
the charging station.
Wipe the robot and the charging points
of the charging station with a dry cloth.
If the power light is on, press the robot’s
reset button.
There are objects on the oor affecting
the robot’s operation.
Clean up all objects on the ground
before the robot starts working. If
certain areas are not cleaned, the
robot will automatically detect the
area and complete cleaning. Do not
manually intervene (such as moving
the robot or blocking the robot’s
cleaning route).
