The robot cannot clean one or more

and/or polished. This reduces friction
between the drive wheel and the
ground.

after the oor wax is dry.

area to allow the robot to work on the

by loose objects on the oor.
The robot will try different ways to
solve the problem. If this fails, it is
recommended to move the robot

furniture whose base height is the
same as that of the robot.
Raising or shielding furniture is

entangled and/or the dust collector

Clean and maintain the parts in a

Install the water tank/dust collector

or side brush.
Remove objects stuck on the robot’s
brushes or housing.
The main brush has become
entangled with hair.
Remove all hair that has become
entangled in the main brush.
The main brush does not rotate. The main brush and cover are not
properly installed.
Reinstall the main brush and cover.
The main brush has sucked up foreign
substances/objects.
Disassemble and remove any debris
from the roller brushes.
The side brushes are not installed
properly.
Remove the side brushes from the
robot and reinstall them.
The side brushes do not rotate. A foreign object is stuck in the side
brushes.
Remove any foreign objects caught in
the side brushes.
The side brushes have become
entangled with hair.
Remove all hair that has become
entangled in the side brushes.
The side brush or caster has become
entangled with hair.
Remove all hair that has become
entangled in the side brush and caster.
The inlet port is blocked or the dust
collector is full.
Check the inlet port and remove
blockages. Clean the dust collection
tray.
The robot shakes during operation. The HEPA is blocked.
Clean or replace the HEPA.
