Agent Recovery
In some cases during a software upgrade, the switch turns off before the software agent has
been completely written to flash. This may be due to a power outage. In this case, the switch
will report an error such as Agent code verification fails!!
Units exhibiting the symptoms should NOT be returned through the Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA).
