Camera and Microphone Introduction
This chapter explains the best way to position EVC in a conference room.
Using the Camera
EVC includes a detached camera that can pan (
+-130 deg. range), tilt (
+90/-25 deg. range) and
zoom (18x total zoom with 12x Optical, 1.5x Digital zoom) by using the , , , and zoom
+/- buttons on remote controller.
Avoid physically turn camera while system is powered on to prevent permanent damaging the
motors and gears and void the warranty. Always use the remote control to pan and tilt the camera
head.
Infrared Sensor (IR)
Aim the remote controller at the camera infrared sensor to operate the unit.
