ADDvantage-32
Advanced Control Module (ACM)
9-2
W A R N I N G
Particular locations have been set up for
writing information to an ADDvantage-32.
These locations are A***:LOCATION X for analog
values and D***:LOC BIT X for digital values.
It is highly recommended that all information
written to an ADDvantage-32 be written to
these locations. These parameters reside in
regular system memory and can be written to
often. If information is written to
parameters such as C***, it is being written
into the EEPROM memory which has a limited
number of write cycles. Although writing to
the EEPROM can occur thousands of times, it is
not recommended.
