Cameratampering
Thecameratamperingdetectorgeneratesanalarmwhenthescenechanges,forexamplebecause
thelensiscovered,sprayedorseverelyputoutoffocus,andthetimeinTriggerafterhaspassed.The
tamperingdetectoronlyactivateswhenthecamerahasnotmovedforatleast10seconds.During
thisperiodthedetectorsetsupascenemodeltouseasacomparisontodetecttamperingincurrent
images.Forthescenemodeltobesetupproperly,makesurethatthecameraisinfocus,thelighting
conditionsarecorrect,andthecameradoesn’tpointatascenethatlackscontours,forexamplea
blankwall.Cameratamperingcanbeusedasaconditiontotriggeractions.
Triggerafter:Entertheminimumtimethatthetamperingconditionsmustbeactivebeforethealarm
triggers.Thiscanhelppreventfalsealarmsforknownconditionsthataffecttheimage.
Triggerondarkimages:Itisverydifficulttogeneratealarmswhenthecameralensissprayed,sinceit
isimpossibletodistinguishthateventfromothersituationswheretheimageturnsdarkinasimilarway,
forexamplewhenthelightingconditionschange.Turnonthisparametertogeneratealarmsforall
caseswheretheimageturnsdark.Whenit’sturnedoff,thedevicedoesn’tgenerateanyalarm
whentheimageturnsdark.
