BURNER CONTROLS
Follow the instructions below to avoid accidents, electrocution
risks, material or environmental damage.
DANGER / ATTENTION
The equipment is a safety device, avoid opening it, modifying it
or forcing it to work.
The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for any damage
arising from unauthorised interventions.
The safety notes contained in other chapters of this document
must also be observed.
CAUTION / WARNINGS
All operations (assembly, installation, maintenance, etc.) must
be performed exclusively by qualied personnel.
Qualied personnel are persons authorised to commission,
ground and identify devices, systems and electrical circuits in
compliance with safety regulations.
• Before making any type of modication to the wiring in the con-
nection area, isolate the system completely from the mains supply
(omnipolar separation).
RISK OF ELECTROCUTION
• Check that the system is not live and that it cannot be accidentally
restarted.
• Protect yourself from electrocution risks by providing adequate pro-
tection to the connection terminals of the burner controls (for exam-
ple, by means of blind terminals for unused inputs and outputs).
• The space where the program module is located (Fig. 7) is dened
coupling area and therefore protected from accidental contact when
this module is not present.
• If the housing or the area next to the operator panel are damaged,
the unit must be switched off immediately.
• Press the buttons on the operator panel only with your hands, wi-
thout using tools or sharp objects that could damage the panel lm.
SYSTEM SAFETY AND RELIABILITY
• Avoid conditions that may favour condensation or ice formation and
water inltration.
• check that the equipment is completely and fully dry before restar-
ting the system.
• Avoid the accumulation of electrostatic charges which, upon contact,
can damage the electronic components of the equipment.

MOUNTING THE EQUIPMENT
• Check compliance with the current safety regulations in force in the
destination country.
• The basic unit of the equipment must be xed with xing screws M4
(UNC32) or M5 (UNC24), adhering to a maximum tightening torque
of 1.8 Nm, using all three anchor points.
• The additional housing mounting surfaces are intended to improve
mechanical stability.
• |s|_
• They must rest on the mounting surface to which the unit is attached.
• The atness of this mounting surface must be within a tolerance
range of 0.3 mm.
