TOOLS REQUIRED FOR SERVICING
Socket Set.
0.15" screwdriver.
0.08" screwdriver.
3.5 mm screw tap (shortened).
Torx spanner, type T30.
Main holding tool (horse shoe). - can be ordered.
Holding tool for bushing. - can be ordered.
Bushing for 1-1/4" DIA. - can be ordered.
DISASSEMBLY (REFER TO FIGURE 1)
1. Remove parallel key (item 8) from non-splined shaft, if used.
2. Put motor in main holding tool, with output shaft lowest and remove the two seal plugs (items 13).
3. Using a 9/16" hexagon socket, remove drain plug (item 22).
4. Using a 17 mm hexagon socket, remove the seven screws and washers (items 19 and 18).
