5.1.2 SO4000 4-channel safety digital output terminal
The SO4000 is a safe output terminal with digital outputs for connecting actuators (con-
tactors, relays, etc.) with a maximum current 0.5 A (24 V
DC
). The bus terminal has 4 fail-
safe outputs.
The SO4000 meets the requirements of IEC 61508:2010 SIL3, 
DIN EN ISO 13849-1:2008 (Cat 4, PL e) and UL 508.
The bus terminal has the standard design of a Baumueller Bus Terminal.
