Instrument Does Not Start
• rechargeable battery is empty
• power supply is not connected
• timing problem when turning the BenthoTorch. Try again a bit more slowly or quickly. Use the magnetic
switch, if available.
Results vary
• Replicate and average the measurements on one stone to reduce the effects of patchiness.
