HOW TO OPERATE THE DISPENSER
The explanations given in the menus listed in this section are intended for use by the operator, manager or service
technician.
How to Dispense Fuel - See Figure 1.
To dispense fuel, follow this procedure:
1. Remove the nozzle from the holder.
2. Lift the handle to the ON position. See Figure. Note: be sure the pump is author-
ized by the console or is in stand alone.
3. Wait for the displays to go to all 8’s and then all 0’s. This is called the “reset”.
4. Squeeze the nozzle trigger to dispense fuel into the vehicle or approved container.
5. Release the nozzle trigger when the desired amount of fuel has been dispensed.
6. Lower the handle to the OFF position.
7. Return the nozzle to the holder.
If the dispenser stops during the delivery of fuel, check the display for an error code. If
one is present, refer to the section in this manual entitled “How to Use Diagnostics,”

To dispense fuel, follow this procedure:
1. Remove the nozzle from the holder.
2. Press the “Currency” or “Volume” key on the keypad and enter the amount of the pre-
set. (The “currency” or “volume” button must be pressed before the lever is lifted.)
3. Lift the handle to the ON position. See Figure 1. Note: be sure the pump is author-
ized by the console or is in stand alone.
4. Wait for the displays to go to all 8’s and then all 0’s. This is called the “reset”.
5. Squeeze the nozzle trigger to dispense fuel into the vehicle or approved container.
6. Release the nozzle trigger when the desired amount of fuel has been dispensed.
7. Lower the handle to the OFF position.
8. Put the nozzle in the holder.
If the dispenser stops during the delivery of fuel, check the display for an error code. If
one is present, refer to the 3000 series Retail Service Manual #107933.
