Start by ensuring the power cord is securely connected and the main power switch on the back of the display is turned on. Verify that the selected input is correctly connected to the input source using the appropriate cable. If using D-Sub (VGA), check the cable connection, as the display might be in Standby mode. If these steps don't resolve the issue, press any button on the control panel to see if the OSD menu appears. If it does, the problem may lie elsewhere. You can also try a different display resolution or graphics card, or restore the display to its default factory settings. If the issue persists, the main board may be damaged, and you should contact a BenQ authorized service partner.
