Maintenance and care
The speaker should not be disassembled under any circumstances.
Self-disassembly may lead to the possibility of an electric shock. Please
contact a qualified maintenance personnel if needed.
Troubleshooting
Power/Battery Problem
Problem Solution
Unable to
turn on the
speaker.
• Make sure you are using the BenQ AC power
adapter that comes with the speaker.
• Connect the speaker to a working AC (main)
outlet to charge the battery.
• Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to
restart the speaker.
Unable to
charge the
speaker.
• Avoid charging in a high temperature environment
(If you attempt to charge it when the speaker
overheats and powers off, the LED will flash red
and green alternately ).
• Make sure to use the adapter and cable that comes
with the package.
