Audio Problem
Problem Solution
Unable to
switch the
audio from
the original
audio player
to the
speaker.
1.Bluetooth connection:
• Please go to the audio menu of your Bluetooth
connected player device and change the output to
treVolo U.
• If a PC is set as the connecting device for playing
music and videos, please switch the microphone to
the audio device on the PC itself, and switch the
speaker to Speaker (treVolo U stereo).
• If a PC is set as the connecting device for online
courses or calls, please switch the microphone to
Headset Earphone (treVolo U Hands-Free AG
Audio) and switch the speaker to Headset
Earphone (treVolo U Hands-Free AG Audio).
2.Audio cable connection:
• For MAC computer or tablet: please go to
Sound > Output > and switch to External
Headphones.
• For Windows PC: please turn on Sound
settings > Output > and switch to speaker/
headphone.
• If you cannot connect to your audio device through
the audio cable smoothly, please test with your
wired 4PIN earphone. If the audio can be played
smoothly, please switch the audio device by
following the steps above.
