App Problem
"Tredo, Go" will
activate the
voice assistant
of the audio
device (e.g.
"Siri", etc.).
• To use the voice assistant feature more smoothly,
connect to any audio devices with a voice assistant
via Bluetooth and follow the steps by saying
"Tredo, Go", and the voice assistant of the audio
device such as Siri will automatically respond.
• As the voice assistant of the Bluetooth audio
device is activated, the Search sound of the audio
device may appear randomly, and the actual
situation will vary depending on the voice assistant
of different audio devices.
Problem Solution
The treVolo U
App is unable to
find treVolo U.
• Please make sure the speaker is turned on, then
restart the treVolo U App.
• If the treVolo U App is still unable to connect to
treVolo U, please restart the speaker, re-activate
Bluetooth on your device, and get closer to the
speaker.
• Please avoid making calls or pausing any videos,
then open the App and go to the Search page.
• Pause the Bluetooth A2DP for music or videos.
• Please do not use WiFi 2.4GHz network to play
streaming music, but change to WiFi 5GHz or
cellular network instead.
