Firmware update Problem
Problem Solution
Sound quality
does not
appear good
while listening
to music in the
Live Learning
mode.
Please use Music mode to listen to the music.
Noise and echo cancellation in Live Learning mode
will only benefit vocal communication.
treVolo U is
unable to pair
with other
Bluetooth
devices.
The treVolo U Bluetooth pairing system is only
compatible with other treVolo U speaker.
It is staticky
when plugging
and unplugging
the audio cable.
It might occurs when connecting incompatible audio
cables to the speaker. The situation will be solve after
one minute.
Problem Solution
treVolo U only
supports
Win 10 and
above and
macOS 10.15
and above.
For now, only computers that is equipped with
Windows 10 (and above) and macOS 10.15 (and
above) systems are supported for firmware update.
It would also be possible to update if the computer
is updated to Windows 7 and 8 version system.
Firmware
cannot be
updated via
cellphones.
Currently firmware can only be updated thru PC
both Windows 10 (and above) and macOS 10.15
(or above). See the version of PC in previous note.
