True Wireless Stereo Problem
Problem Solution
After
establishing the
true wireless
stereo, the
speaker is not
producing any
sound when it is
connected via
audio cable.
Please only connect audio cable to the "right
channel" unit in the true wireless stereo mode.
Connecting to the "left channel" unit will not make
sound.
After
establishing the
true wireless
stereo via
Bluetooth
connection, only
one speaker
receives audio
when making a
call.
Please only connect your Bluetooth device to the
"right channel" unit in the true wireless stereo
mode. Connecting to the "left channel" unit will
not make sound.
After
establishing the
true wireless
stereo, the
treVolo U
Bluetooth is
unable to
connect to the
device.
If the true wireless stereo speaker is successfully
established via treVolo U App, the speaker will
always perform searching for true wireless stereo
reconnection before Bluetooth pairing. The
searching process takes approximately 30 seconds.
