5.3 Air setting
Adjust the air setting by starting the burner and loosening the screw (E) that
locks the air damper adjustment knob. Adjust the position of the air damper
to the desired air quantity (clockwise adjustment reduces air quantity and
counter-clockwise increases air quantity) and lock the damper position with
screw (E). The damper position can be read on the damper scale (F). Check air
settings with ue gas analysis.
5.4 Brake plate adjustment
The position of the brake plate must be adjusted to achieve the most favorable
pressure drop across the brake plate. Loosen screw (C) and adjust the position
of the brake plate with screw (B) for good combustion.
