7.6 Replace oil pump
1. Disconnect the main power and shut off the fuel supply.
2. Disconnect hoses, connection pipes and electrical connection from
pump.
3. Loosen screws (J) and pull out oil pump.
4. Fit new pump coupling.
5. Ret the pump, making sure that the drive shaft is correctly connected
at both ends.
6. Ret hoses, connection pipes and electrical connection.
7. Switch on the main power and open the fuel supply.
8. Bleed the pump.
9. Start burner and check/adjust combustion.

Before obtaining access to electrical and fuel line components
allsupplycircuitsmustbedisconnected.

uegasanalysisandsoottestmustbecarriedoutfollowing
installation.
