4.4.2 CIRCULATOR DISASSEMBLY (C.A.I.-C.S.I. Version)
OPERATION SEQUENCE ITEM INVOLVED TOOLS NEEDED FOR

2 • Disconnect the boiler from the electricity
supply
• Turn off the gas tap
2.1 Turn off heating system taps Heating system taps No tools – by hand
2.2 Turn off sanitary inlet tap Sanitary inlet tap No tools – by hand
2.3 Remove the case
See procedure pag. 25
2.4 Empty heating system Valve safety lever No tools – by hand
2.5 Remove circulator electric wiring cover (1)
and disconnect circulator lead N. 1 screw Magnetic PH2 screwdriver
2.6 Extract safety valve.

2.7 Remove fastening clip (1) from heating
return flexible ramp N. 1 clip Long pliers
2.8 Remove heating return flexible ramp (2)
from the circulator Flexible ramp No tools – by hand
2.9 Remove fastenging clip (3) from the
heating delivery flexible ramp N. 1 clip Long pliers
2.10 Remove heating delivery flexible ramp (4)
from the circulator Flexible ramp No tools – by hand
2.11 Remove fastening clip (5) from
expansion tank N. 1 clip Long pliers
2.12 Remove expansion tank flexible ramp (6)
from circulator Flexible ramp No tools – by hand
2.13 Slide off clip (7) fastening
capillary hydrometer N. 1 clip Long pliers
2.14 Remove capillary hydrometer fitting (8) No tools – by hand
2.15 Remove fastening clip (9) from pressure
switch water N. 1 clip Long pliers
2.16 Remove pressure switch water (10) Water pressure No tools – by hand
2.17 Remove clip fastening (11) the non-flexible
fitting of return heating-frame N. 1 clip Long pliers
2.18 Slide off clip (12) fastening
rigid heating delivery fitting -frame 1 clip Long pliers
2.19 Unscrew the two screws fastening (13)
circulator -frame and remove circulator N. 2 screws Magnetic PH2 screwdriver
2.20 Lift up circulator to free it from
fittings located on bracket Circulator No tools – by hand
2.21 Slide off clip (14) fastening
union tee-circulator N.1 clip Long pliers
