4.4.19 FAN DISASSEMBLY (C.S.I. only)
OPERATION SEQUENCE ITEM INVOLVED TOOLS NEEDED FOR
WITH OPERATION THE OPERATION
19 • Disconnect the boiler from the electricity
supply
• Turn off the gas tap
19.1 Remove the case.
See procedure pag. 25
19.2 Remove air box cover N. 2 screwscand N. 2 clips Magnetic PH2 screwdriver+broad
removing the screws (1) and the clip (2) and broas tipped screwdriver
19.3 Slide off silicone tube (3) from fan plug N. 2 silicone tubes No tools – by hand
19.4 Disconnect electricity supply from fan N. 2 supply cond. and earth lead Normal pliers
19.5 Unscrew the screw (4) of cap on fumes
analysis attachment and removing the clip
(5) of cap on fumes analysis attachment N. 1 screw and N. 1 clip Magnetic PH2 screwdriver and by hand
19.6 Unscrew the screws fastening (6) fan - Magnetic PH2 screwdriver +cacc. nano
combustion chamber N. 3 screws PH2 dwarf screwdriver
19.7 Remove fan from boiler Fan No tools – by hand
19.8 Disassemble Venturi and Pitot tube from
fan and clean them Venturi and Pitot tube PH2 screwdriver
!!
Work the other way round from the above for reassembly operations.
