4.4.13 LIMIT THERMOSTAT DIASSEMBLY (C.A.I.-C.S.I. Version)
OPERATION SEQUENCE ITEM INVOLVED TOOLS NEEDED FOR

13 • Disconnect the boiler from the electricity
supply
• Turn off the gas tap
13.1 Remove the case.
See procedure pag. 25
13.2 Remove hood shaped at 90° from
limit thermostat 90° shaped hood No tools – by hand
13.3 Unscrew the 2 screws fastening (1) limit
thermostat-exchanger N. 2 screws PH1 screwdriver or wrench 5 mm
13.4 Apply thermoconductive paste to new
limit thermostat Limit thermostat Thermoconductive paste
13.5 Retrieve ring nut and insert new
limit thermostat Ring nut and limit thermostat No tools – by hand
!!
For reassembly proceed the other way round to the above description locating the two thermostat terminals as they
were in the original configuration.
