4.4.15 BY-PASS VALVE DISASSEMBLY (C.A.I.-C.S.I. Version)

15 • Disconnect the boiler from the electricity
supply
• Turn off the gas tap
15.1 Turn off heating system taps Heating system taps No tools – by hand
15.2 Remove the case.

15.3 Empty the heating system Safety valve lever No tools – by hand
15.4 Take out the circulator.
See procedure pag. 20
15.5 Expel by-pass valve from housing By-pass valve No tools – by hand (a finger)
15.6 Clean by-pass valve housing By-pass valve housing Cleaning rag
15.7 Lubricate and insert new by-pass
