4.4.6 WATER PRESSURE SWITCH DISASSEMBLY (C.A.I.-C.S.I. Version)

6 • Disconnect the boiler from the electricity
supply
• Turn off the gas tap
6.1 Turn off heating system taps Heating system taps No tools – by hand
6.2 Remove the case.
See procedure pag. 25
6.3 Empty heating system Safety valve lever No tools – by hand
6.4 Remove lower clip fastening heating (1)
delivery flexible ramp N. 1 clip No tools – by hand
6.5 Remove lower part of heating
delivery flexible ramp Heating delivery flex ramp No tools – by hand
6.6 Remove clip (2) fastening water pressure
switch-circulator N. 1 clip No tools – by hand
6.7 Remove water pressure switch
from circulator Water pressure switch No tools – by hand
6.8 Remove safety hood from heating
pressure water Safety hood No tools – by hand
6.9 Detach fastons from heating
pressure water N. 3 fastons Pliers
!!
Work the other way round from the above for reassembly operations.
