4.4.4 FLOWMETER DISASSEMBLY (C.A.I.-C.S.I. Version)
OPERATION SEQUENCE ITEM INVOLVED TOOLS NEEDED FOR
WITH OPERATION THE OPERATION
4 • Disconnect the boiler from the electricity
supply
• Turn off the gas tap
4.1 Turn off sanitary inlet tap Sanitary H2o tap No tools – by hand
4.2 Empty sanitary system Sanitary H2o tap No tools – by hand
4.3 Remove the case.
See procedure pag. 25
4.4 Disconnect flowmeter supply connector Connector No tools – by hand
4.5 Unscrew nut (1) fastening water-flowmeter
inlet ramp N. 1 nut 24mm wrench
4.6 Loosen nut (2) fastening water-exchanger
inlet ramp N. 1 nut 24mm wrench
4.7 Extract flowmeter-frame fastening clip (3) Clip Long pliers
4.8 Remove flowmeter Flowmeter No tools – by hand
To check the filter at the flowmeter inlet, once the above operations have been done it is best to:
4.9 Unscrew nut fastening water inlet
connection ramp N. 1 nut 24mm wrench
4.10 Remove filter at flowmeter
inlet from its housing Filter Cutting screwdriver

Work the other way round from the above for reassembly operations.
