4.4.9 ELECTRONIC CONTROL PANEL DISASSEMBLY (C.A.I.-C.S.I. Version)

9 • Disconnect the boiler from the electricity

supply

• Turn off the gas tap

9.1 Slide off control dial Control dial No tools – by hand

9.2 Remove the case.

See procedure pag. 25

9.3 Free spark plug lead from adhesive fairlead Spark plug lead No tools – by hand

9.4 Take off safety cap from spark plug lead Safety cap No tools – by hand

9.5 Slide off instrument panel wiring

cover unscrewing the screws (1) 7 screws Magnetic PH2 screwdriver

9.6 Disconnect flame ignition-control spark

plug lead from instrument panel Faston No tools – by hand

9.7 Disconnect all connectors from electronic

control board 5 connectors on No tools – by hand

9.8 Disconnect power supply connectors and 5 screws

room thermostat from terminals on electronic control panel Broad tipped screwdriver

9.9 Unscrew thescrews (2) fastening

electronic control board-instrument panel 2 srews Screwdriver PH2

9.10 Grip the electronic control panel and

remove from control panel Electronic control panel No tools – by hand

9.11 Retrieve dial extension from

control panel (3) N. 1 extension No tools – by hand

9.12 Retrieve the trimmer regulator extensions

from the electr. control panel (4) N. 2 extensions No tools – by hand

Work the other way round from the above for reassembly operations.
