4.4.7 SAFETY PRESSURE SWITCH DISASSEMBLY (C.S.I. only)
OPERATION SEQUENCE ITEM INVOLVED TOOLS NEEDED FOR

7 • Disconnect the boiler from the electricity
supply
• Turn off the gas tap
7.1 Remove the case.
See procedure pag. 25
7.2 Remove air box cover N. 2 screws and N. 2 clips Mag. PH2 screwdr.
removing the screws (1) and the clip (2) +broad tipped screwdriver
7.3 Slide off silicone tubes (3) N. 2 silicone tubes No tools – by hand
7.4 Remove safety pressure switch
from air box svitando le viti (4) N. 2 screws PH1 screwdriver
7.5 Remove the 2 fastons from electric
indicator of safety pressure switch N. 2 fastons Small pliers
7.6 Remove the silicone tubes (3) from
pressure switch plugs N. 2 silicone tubes No tools – by hand
!!
Work the other way round from the above for reassembly operations.
