8 • Disconnect the boiler from the electricity
supply
• Turn off the gas tap
8.1 Turn off heating system taps Heating system taps No tools – by hand
8.2 Turn off the sanitary inlet tap Sanitary H2O inlet tap No tools – by hand
8.3 Remove the case.

8.4 Empty heating and sanitary system Safety valve lever+sanitary tap No tools – by hand
8.5 Remove front panel of combustion
chamber and grid removing the screws (1) N. 5 screws Magnetic PH2 screwdriver
8.6 Remove upper clip fastening delivery
flexible ramp (2) N. 1 clip Long pliers
8.7 Remove upper part of flex ramp and
rotate under air box Flexible ramp No tools – by hand
8.8 Remove clip for heating return
flexible ramp (3) N. 1 clip Long pliers
8.9 Remove upper part of heating return
flexible ramp Flexible ramp No tools – by hand
8.10 Unscrew the nuts fastening sanitary
ramp-exchanger (4) N. 2 nut 24mm. wrench
8.11 Remove hood shaped at 90° from Limit
Thermostat Shaped hood No tools – by hand
8.12 Remove safety hood from NTC heating
probe Rubber safety hood No tools – by hand
8.13 Disconnect connector from heating
NTC probe Connector No tools – by hand
8.14 Take out exchanger from
its housing Exchanger No tools – by hand
8.15 Remove heating NTC probe from
exchanger .

8.16 Remove limit thermostat from bithermal
exchanger.
