BMS switches off battery outputs in case of overload to protect the cells.
BMS protects the battery from destruction and switches off outputs upon short circuit.
Each cell is monitored for deep discharge; output switch-off can only be cancelled by charging.
LiFePO4 cells must not be charged above 3.65V/cell; use 14.6V chargers.
Ensures each cell is charged to max voltage (3.6V/cell) for evenness and efficiency.
BMS monitors and controls charging parameters, interlocking on problems to protect the battery.
Monitors cell temperature; switches off if cells exceed 70°C, requires cooldown.
Monitors BMS temperature; switches off if BMS exceeds 95°C, requires cooldown.
Ensure the battery is secured with a strap or bracket; can be installed in any position.
Battery has screw terminals or optional SAE cone; adapt fuse to battery power.
Connect batteries of same brand, type, age, capacity in parallel to increase capacity.
Max 4 batteries in series for higher voltage; ensure correct connection for even load distribution.
