Liability for damage is excluded in the following cases:

• Assembly and connection errors�
• Use of the battery for purposes other than those described�
• Structural modifications to the battery without the written consent of the manufacturer�
• Consequential damage caused by the use of the battery�
• Errors in these instructions and resulting consequential damage�
Our products are manufactured according to the strictest quality criteria and we guarantee that
the product will be delivered in perfect condition�
We grant the statutory warranty for production and material defects that were present at the
time of delivery of the product�
The warranty does not apply to defects caused by natural wear and tear, improper use or lack of
maintenance�
