2. Tighten the locking knob;
3. Check that the carriage moves freely;
4. Check that the slice thickness regulator
works correctly.
Reassembling the food plate
1. Insert the entire group on the carriage as
shown in the picture;
NOTE: ensure the plate locking knob is
fully out (loose) or the food plate will not
drop down onto the support!
