5.10 SAFETY FOR CHANGING A WHEEL
If you have to change the wheel:
- Place, under the chassis (1) of the sprayer,
a wooden wedge (2), then raise the whole using a
jack (3).

5.11 LUBRICATION AND GREASING
Gearbox:
Check the level of oil in the gearbox:
The level of oil must reach the mark (3). Top up if
necessary.
Totally draining the gearbox:
Remove the screw (2) and let the oil drain, then
replace the screw (2).
Remove the oil ller plug (1).
Fill up with oil up to the level (3).
Replace the oil lling plug (1).
OMEGA Pump:
To totally drain the pump (risk of freezing).
Remove the plug (4) and let the water or spray
mixture drain for at least 15 minutes.
Fill the pump with antifreeze liquid via the plug hole (5).
Greasing:
Check the greasing of all points tted with a grease
nipple:
- Transmission
- Drawbar
- Axle
- Suspension
NOTE:
The gearbox has an oil capacity of between
0.50 and 0.80 litres. We recommend SAE
90 oil.
IMPORTANT:
Drain the pump before each spraying
season.
