Batteria:
La batteria A si trova sotto la fi anca-
ta anteriore destra e non richiede
manutenzione.
Non è necessario controllare il
livello dell’elettrolita o rabboccare
con acqua.
Tenere puliti i poli della batteria e, se
necessario, ingrassarli leggermente
con grasso privo di acidi.
Smontaggio batteria:
Rimuovere la fi nacata anteriore
destra (vedi Rimozione plastiche
pag. 60) e staccare dalla batteria
prima il polo negativo e poi quello
positivo.
Sganciare l’elastico B.
Togliere la batteria.
Al montaggio della batteria inse-
rirla con i poli verso l’esterno (vedi
fi gura) e collegare il polo negativo
per ultimo alla batteria.
Riagganciare l'elastico B.

ELECTRICAL DEVICES
Battery:
Maintenance-free battery A is in-
stalled underneath the right-hand
front side panel.
There is no need to check the level of
the electrolyte or top up with water.
Keep the battery terminals clean. If
necessary, protect them with a thin
fi lm of acid free grease.
Removing the battery:
Remove the right-hand front side
panel (see Removing the plastics on
page 60) and disconnect the nega-
tive terminal and then the positive
terminal from the battery.
Release rubber band B.
Remove the battery.
When reinstalling the battery, fi t it
with the terminals facing outward
(see fi gure) and connect the posi-
tive and then the negative terminal
to the battery.
Reattach rubber band B.
