Time
Displaying the time
To show the time for approx. 10 seconds on
the display,
press and hold down the MENU button
7 for longer than 2 seconds.
Setting the time
Press the MENU button 7.
Press the
or button 8 repeat-
edly until "TIMESET" appears on the
display 6.
After approx. 2 seconds, the current time
appears on the display 6. In 24-hour
mode, "24H" appears in front of the time,
and in 12-hour mode "AM" or "PM". The
hours fl ash and can be adjusted.
To adjust hours or minutes,
press the
or button 8.
To switch between hours and minutes,
press the 6 button <.
Note:
You do not have to wait for the display
of the current setting to change it by
pressing the
or button 8.
To exit the menu,
press the MENU button 7.
Selecting 12/24-hour clock
mode
Press the MENU button 7.
Press the
or button 8 repeat-
edly until "24H MODE" or "12H MODE"
appears on the display 6.
Press the
or button 8 to select
among the modes.

To exit the menu,

Adjusting the time zone
(TIMEZONE)
If you move across time zones, you can ad-
just the time difference to the currently set
time in 1-hour increments. This allows you
to correct the display of the time for the cur-
rently valid time zone without having to re-
adjust the time itself.
Press the MENU button 7.
Press the
or button 8 repeat-
edly until "TIMEZONE" appears.
After approx. 2 seconds, "ZONE" and
the current setting are shown on the dis-
play 6.
Press the
or button 8 to adjust
the time difference in increments of
1 hour between –12 and +12.
Note:
You do not have to wait for the display
of the current setting to change it by
pressing the
or button 8.
To exit the menu,
press the MENU button 7.
