Setting the volume of the lane
warning device
If the bus is equipped with a lane warning
device and it is properly connected to the
system, an inadvertent crossing of the road
marking generates a warning signal. The
volume of this signal can be adjusted.
Press the AUD button G for cockpit.
Select "

MORE" with the left rotary/
pushbutton I.
Press the left rotary/pushbutton I.
The display shows "CODE".
Press the left I and the right rotary/
pushbutton : at the same time for
confi rmation until a beep sounds.
Select "
*
SET VOL" with the left rotary/
pushbutton I.
Press the left rotary/pushbutton I.
Select "ALARM" with the left rotary/
pushbutton I.
Press the left rotary/pushbutton I.
Adjust the desired volume with the left
rotary/pushbutton I.
Hold the ESC J button pressed until a
beep sounds and the menu is exited.

announcements
The volume for traffi c announcements can
only be adjusted for the cockpit area:

Playback of microphone
announcements
You have the option of connecting three
external microphones (dynamic) to the de-
vice. Microphone 1 (MIC1) is available to the
driver and microphones 2 and 3 (MIC2 and
MIC3) to the tour guide. Microphone 1 has
always priority over microphone 2 and 3.
Switching on microphone 1 interrupts
the audio playback. If the microphone is
switched off, the audio source is turned
back on.

During a microphone announcement, the
volume can be adjusted with the rotary/
pushbutton :. The value is stored.
To set the volume for the microphone an-
nouncements,
press the AUD button 8 for cabin.
