To exit the menu,

Adjusting equalizer bass
(E-BASS)
You can select 1 of 4 bass frequencies
(60 Hz, 80 Hz, 100 Hz, 200 Hz) and set the
quality factor between 1.0 and 2.0.
Note:
For further information on setting the
bass level, please read the section enti-
tled "Adjusting BASS" in this chapter.

Press the AUDIO button 7.
"BASS" appears on the display.
Press the
or button < repeat-
edly until "ENHANCED" appears on the
display.
Press the MENU/OK button ;.
"E-BASS" appears on the display.
Press the
button 9 to open the
E-Bass menu.
"FREQ" and the current setting appear on
the display.
Press the
or button < to switch
between the setting options "FREQ"
(bass frequency) and "QFAC" (quality
factor).
Set the bass frequency and quality fac-
tor each with the
or button 7.
When you have fi nished making your chang-

Adjusting equalizer middle
(E-MIDDLE)
You can select 1 of 4 middle frequencies
(0,5 Hz, 1 Hz, 1,5 Hz, 2,5 Hz) and set the
level for the selected frequency between -7
and +7. You can also set the quality factor
between 0.5 and 1.25.
