DAB service following
If the reception quality of the station
being received decreases, the Wood-
stock DAB52 can automatically tune to
the station in another ensemble (if avail-
able). For this feature to work, “Service
following” must be activated.
Switching service following on/off
To use service following,
briefly press the RDS•SF ? button
in DAB mode.
If service following is activated, the RDS
symbol lights up in the display when in
DAB mode.
To deactivate service following,
briefly press the RDS•SF ? button
again in DAB mode.
Service following is deactivated when
the RDS symbol disappears.
DAB sub-programmes
Some DAB stations include sub-pro-
grammes. Stations that contain sub-pro-
grammes are marked with a “*” in front
of the station name. If a station includes
sub-programmes, you are able to tune
into them.
Selecting sub-programmes
To switch between the sub-programmes
of a station that you are tuned into, you
must first switch to sub-programme
mode,
briefly press the button :.
The name of the sub-programme is dis-
played. To switch between the sub-pro-
grammes,
briefly press the or button :.
If you want to leave the sub-programme
mode,
press the or button :.
DAB radiotext
In addition to their programmes, some
stations broadcast additional informa-
tion (e.g. news) as scrolling text in the
display If you wish, you can deactivate
the radiotext display.
Press the MENU button 8.
Keep pressing the or button
: until “RADIOTXT ON” or
“RADIOTXT OFF” appears in the
display.
Press the or button : to
switch between “RADIOTXT ON”
or “RADIOTXT OFF”.
Press the MENU button 8 or OK
