Place chain 3 on camshaft

sprocket and install completely

by turning the rear wheel 2.

Pull rear wheel 2 back until you

feel it engage in the rear clamp

shells.

Install quick-release axle 1, but

do not tighten yet.

Check chain sag ( 139).

Turn to clamp rag 1 between

chain and camshaft sprocket.

Quick-release axle is pulled

onto the stops of the chain

tensioners.

Tighten quick-release axle 2 to

appropriate torque.

Rear-wheel quick-release

axle in swinging arm

Joint compound: Lubricate

quick-release axle and thread,

Optimoly TA

74 lb/ft (100 Nm)

Remove rag 1.

Operate rear brake lever firmly

several times until the pressure

point can be felt.

Fairings and panels

Removing the engine

spoiler

Remove snap fastener bolts 1.

Support engine spoiler 2.
