4.2.2 Removing the M1 circuit board and USB
circuit board from the housing upper part
i The M1 circuit board (Fig. 7, item 1) is connected
to the USB circuit board (Fig. 7, item 2) by a
connecting cable (Fig. 7, item 3) (see sec. 6).

1. Unplug the connecting cable from the USB circuit
board.
2. Remove the USB circuit board.

4.2.3 Installing the M1 circuit board and USB
circuit board in the housing upper part
1. Attach connecting cables to slots SV1 and SV2 on
the M1 circuit board (see sec. 6).
2. Connect M1 circuit board to USB circuit board by
attaching connecting cable to slot SV2 (see. sec. 6).
3. Fasten M1 circuit board to top part of housing.
4. Fasten USB circuit board to top part of housing.
4.2.4 Assembling the top part of housing
1. Connect top part of housing to lower part of housing
via PE cable (see sec. 6).
2. Attach connecting cable from slot SV1 on the M1
circuit board to slot SV1 on the power module (see
sec. 6).
3. Place top part of housing on lower part of housing
and fasten with Torx screws.
4.3 Replacing the power connector
(power inlet socket connector)
1. Disconnect BAT 645 from the mains voltage system.
2. Remove power supply cable from BAT 645.
3. Remove housing caps (see sec. 4.1).
4. Remove top part of housing (see sec. 4.2).
5. Disconnect connecting cables from power inlet
socket connector (Fig. 10, item 1) (see sec. 6).

6. Replace the power inlet socket connector.
7. Attach connecting cables to new power inlet socket
connector (see sec. 6).
8. Connect top part of housing to lower part of housing
via PE cable (see sec. 6).
9. Attach connecting cable from the M1 circuit board
to slot SV1 on the power module (see sec. 6).
10. Place top part of housing on lower part of housing
and fasten with Torx screws.
