3.3 Using the remote control
The signal range is 8 m. If objects are in the way or certain fluorescent
lamps are used in the same room this can affect transmission of the
signal.
▶ Point the remote control towards the signal receiver window of the
device and press the desired key.
The device emits a beep when it receives a signal.
NOTICE
The remote control may be permanently prevented from working
correctly.
▶ Do not expose the remote control to direct sunlight.
▶ Do not leave the remote control near a heating appliance.
▶ Protect the remote control from moisture and impacts.
3.4 Setting main operating mode
Turn unit on/off
▶ Press the K key to switch the device on or off:
The device starts in the set operating mode.
Settings can also be made when the device is switched off. The device
saves the settings, and also retains them in the event of a power failure.
Automatic mode
In automatic mode, the device automatically switches between heating
and cooling mode to maintain the desired temperature.
▶ Press the Mode key repeatedly until appears on the display.
▶ Select the required temperature with the . and / keys.
The fan speed cannot be adjusted in automatic mode.
Cooling mode
▶ Press the Mode key repeatedly until appears on the display.
▶ Press the key until the required air speed is reached.
▶ Select the required temperature with the . and / keys.
Fan (Only) Mode
▶ Press the Mode key repeatedly until appears on the display.
▶ Press the key until the required fan speed is reached. AUTO can
be selected to enable automatic control.
The temperature cannot be adjusted or displayed in Fan Mode.
Dehumidification mode
▶ Press the Mode key repeatedly until appears on the display.
▶ Set the required temperature with the . and / keys.
The fan speed cannot be adjusted in dehumidification mode.

Restore function: restore previous setting.
Turbo Turbo cool/Turbo heat
LED Switch off display of indoor unit and alarm buzzer
(Mute Mode).
