7.6 Valve WST 5/2 with white actuator

1. For disassembly refer to the notes on the inlet valve
WAP3/2 with red actuator.
2. The white actuator must be set to the upper position
on disassembly/assembly.
7.7 Checking/adjusting pressure switch

1. Switch on the power supply.
2. Measure the +24 V supply voltage at terminal 2
(brown wire to pressure switch).
3. Vary the supply pressure with the pressure regulator
in the supply line.
4. At 5.5 bar (rising) the supply voltage must be
switched through to terminal 6 (white wire from
pressure switch).
5. Switching threshold adjustment: Slacken off the
screw (Fig. 16,
Pos. 1) on the pressure switch, adjust the switching
point (Fig. 16, Pos. 2) with a 5 mm Allen key and
check by varying the supply pressure.
6. Fix the setting with the screw.
7. To replace the pressure switch, unfasten the con-
nection at the twin nipple. Remove the old pressure
switch and screw in a new one.
