1. Remove the yellow
protective cap (X) from
the motor shaft, screw
on the motor (J) with
the mounting kit at the
gear flange (D), hub in
the gear (F) has already
been lubricated at the
factory.
2. Install the mounting
kits (3 842 523 431) at
BS 1.
3. Lift BS 1 from below
between both ST 1 and
fasten it in the T-slots.
Please note:
• For functional safety
and to prevent early
premature wear, the
installation of BS 1 in
the ST 1 section must be
aligned and level at right
angles and in parallel to
the axis!
