Please note:
• The end faces of the motor and gear must be undamaged.
• The gear hub comes lubricated with anti-seize lubricant.
• Do not tilt the motor, and make sure it has the necessary clearance area for
installation.
• Install the motor in the proper position (terminal box) and connect it to the gear.
If the motor is not installed in proper position: do NOT rotate the motor.
Disconnect the motor from the gear and reconnect it.
1. Loosen the two
hexagonal screws
M6 (WAF 10) at the
flange(H).
2. Pull the gear motor off
the hexagonal shaft (A).
3. Loosen the four
hexagonal screws
M5x16 (WAF 8) with
lock washers A5.3-FST
at the gear flange (C).
4. Remove the defective
gear (F) from the
motor(J).
5. Remove the plug (B)
from the hub of the
defective gear (F) and
push it into the new
gear.
Afterwards, install the
new gear in reverse
order. New gear hubs
have already been
lubricated at the factory.
