10.5 Spare parts

1. Loosen the 2 x 4 screws
on the drive unit (C).
2. Remove the
drivetrain(E) by pulling
it up without tilting it.
3. Disconnect the
hexagonal shaft
connection and remove
the toothed belt (V).
4. Loosen the 2 x 4 screws
on the return side.
5. Remove the return
unit(M) evenly upwards
without jamming.
6. Remove the toothed
belt(V) to the side.
7. Remove the belt guide
profile (GP 1).
8. Remove the defective
toothed belt (V).
Re-install the new
toothed belt in reverse
order.
Please note:
• The running direction of
the toothed belt in the
direction of the arrow
(welded joint) must point
towards the drive unit!
• Check whether the new
toothed belt is oiled; if
necessary, re-oil with:
–Mineral oil viscosity 68
acc. to DIN (e.g. Aral,
Shell)
• Tighten the 2 x 4 fixing
screws alternately and
diagonally.
